Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the AB Visa Run website (www.abvisarun.com) and all related services, including visa-run assessments, booking requests, payment submissions, trip coordination, customer support, and agent or partner arrangements. By using our website or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1 — About the Service
AB Visa Run provides trip coordination, booking support, document screening, passenger-manifest management, and related customer assistance to individuals seeking visa-run travel services from Phuket, Thailand.
⚠️ Important: AB Visa Run does not guarantee immigration outcomes, visa approvals, border-entry decisions, or any determination made by immigration officers, border authorities, embassies, or other government agencies. Entry decisions rest solely with the relevant authorities.
2 — Eligibility and User Responsibility
You must be at least 18 years old to make a booking or use our services. By submitting a booking or assessment request, you confirm that:
- All personal information and travel documents you provide are accurate, complete, and up to date
- You hold a valid passport with sufficient remaining validity for the intended travel
- You are responsible for understanding your own visa and immigration requirements
- You are booking on behalf of yourself or, where applicable, have authority to book on behalf of other passengers listed
3 — Booking and Payment
A booking is considered tentatively held once a departure date is selected and a seat is reserved through the website. A booking is confirmed only after a deposit or full payment has been received and accepted by AB Visa Run, and after any required operational review.
- Payment must be submitted within the timeframe stated at the time of booking (typically 24 hours)
- Prices are quoted in Thai Baht (THB) and are subject to change without notice until a booking is confirmed
- AB Visa Run reserves the right to decline a booking at its discretion
- Payment confirmation will be sent via email and/or LINE once verified by our team
4 — Trip Operations and Schedule Changes
AB Visa Run makes every effort to operate departures as scheduled. However, departure times, pickup schedules, and border-crossing procedures may be adjusted where reasonably necessary due to road conditions, weather, border-authority requirements, vehicle availability, or other operational reasons.
Passengers will be notified of material changes as early as practicable. AB Visa Run is not liable for delays, missed connections, or additional costs arising from circumstances outside our reasonable control.
5 — Passenger and Document Responsibility
Each passenger is responsible for ensuring that they:
- Hold a valid passport and all required documents at the time of travel
- Arrive at the designated pickup point on time, as late arrivals may result in a missed departure without refund
- Comply with all applicable laws, immigration requirements, and border-authority instructions
- Declare any medical conditions or special requirements at the time of booking
AB Visa Run is not responsible for entry refusals, overstay penalties, document irregularities, or any consequences arising from a passenger's failure to comply with immigration requirements.
6 — Cancellations, Refunds, and No-Shows
All cancellations must be submitted in writing via LINE, WhatsApp, or email to info@abvisarun.com. Notice period is measured from the time we receive and acknowledge your cancellation request to the scheduled departure time.

Payment processing fees (charged by the payment provider) are non-recoverable and will be deducted from any refund. Travel credits are valid for 6 months from issue date and apply to AB Visa Run trips only.
Cancellation by AB Visa Run: If AB Visa Run cancels a confirmed departure for any reason within our control, passengers will receive a full refund of all amounts paid, or may elect to transfer to an available alternative departure at no additional charge.
No refund situations: No refund is issued where a passenger is refused entry at the border by immigration authorities, fails to present required documents, cannot be reached before or on departure, or is otherwise unable to board due to circumstances outside AB Visa Run's control. Border decisions rest solely with immigration authorities and are not grounds for a refund of trip fees.
7 — Assessment and Advisory Services
Free visa assessments provided by AB Visa Run are based on the information you supply and reflect our experience with visa-run operations in Thailand. Assessment responses are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute legal advice.
We strongly recommend consulting a licensed immigration lawyer or the relevant embassy for authoritative guidance on visa categories, eligibility, and requirements. AB Visa Run accepts no liability for decisions made on the basis of assessment information provided.
8 — Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AB Visa Run's total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or the services, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total fees paid by you for the specific booking or service giving rise to the claim.
AB Visa Run is not liable for: loss of income, opportunity, or anticipated savings; indirect or consequential losses; immigration outcomes; government decisions; or events beyond our reasonable control.
9 — Acceptable Use of the Website
- You must not use our website to submit false or misleading information
- You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of our systems
- Automated scraping, crawling, or bulk data extraction is not permitted without prior written consent
- You must not use our services for any unlawful purpose
10 — Privacy
Your use of our services is also governed by our PDPA Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.
11 — Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Thailand.
