AB Visa Run (“we”, “us”) respects your privacy and handles personal data in accordance with Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (PDPA). This notice explains what we collect, why, and your rights.

1. Data we collect

Identity & travel documents: full name, nationality, passport number and passport image (required for border/immigration processing).
Contact details: email, phone number, LINE/WhatsApp ID.
Booking details: trip route, travel date, pickup point/accommodation location, number of passengers.
Payment information: payment method and payment slip images (we do not store full card numbers; card payments are handled by our payment processor).
Technical data: anonymised usage statistics via Google Analytics (see “Cookies & analytics”).

2. Why we use it (purposes & legal basis)

To process and fulfil your visa-run booking and arrange transport — performance of a contract.
To prepare and present documents required by immigration authorities — legal obligation / contract.
To verify payment and prevent fraud — legitimate interest.
To contact you about your booking, reminders and support — contract / consent.

3. Sharing

We share data only as necessary to deliver the service: with our transport partners and drivers, with immigration/border authorities where legally required, and with our payment processor (Omise) to process payments. We do not sell your personal data.

4. Storage & security

Data is stored on secured cloud infrastructure. Passport images are kept in private storage with restricted, authenticated access and are shared only with staff who need them to process your trip. We retain personal data only as long as necessary for the booking, legal and accounting requirements, after which it is deleted or anonymised.

5. Cookies & analytics

Our website uses Google Analytics to understand traffic in aggregate. This data is anonymised and not used to identify you personally.

6. Your rights under PDPA

You may request to access, correct, delete, or port your data, object to or restrict processing, and withdraw consent at any time. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Committee (PDPC) of Thailand.
