By booking a trip or using the AB Visa Run website and services, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. Our services

AB Visa Run provides organised visa-run transport from Phuket to border points (Penang and Satun in Malaysia, and Ranong in Myanmar), together with related document coordination. We facilitate travel and documentation; we do not issue visas or make immigration decisions.

2. Booking & payment

A booking is confirmed once payment (or the required deposit) is received and verified.
Accepted methods include PromptPay, bank transfer and card payment via our payment processor.
For bank-transfer bookings, you must upload a valid payment slip; bookings are verified by our team, normally within 30 minutes.
Seats placed on hold expire if payment is not completed within the stated hold period.

3. Cancellation & refunds

Cancellation and refund eligibility depend on how far in advance you cancel and on costs already committed (transport, bookings). Please contact us as early as possible. (Operator: insert your exact cancellation windows and refund percentages here.)

4. Your responsibilities

Hold a passport valid for the required period and carry it on the trip.
Provide accurate passenger information exactly as shown on your passport.
Arrive at the agreed pickup point on time; late arrivals may forfeit the trip.
Comply with all immigration laws and the instructions of border officials and our staff.

5. Limitation of liability

Entry, exit and visa/stamp decisions are made solely by the relevant immigration authorities. We are not responsible for refusals, denied entry, changes in immigration rules, or delays caused by authorities, border conditions, weather or events beyond our reasonable control. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected booking.

6. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version is always available on this page.

7. Governing law & contact

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand.
